Store Policy – Response Time & Digital Downloads
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response when reaching out regarding any questions or issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
All digital downloads are final sale — no refunds will be issued, including those marked as resell downloads.
Unless specifically labeled for resell, digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or claimed as your own.

We have a 7-day return policy, you have 7 days after receiving your item (products only not including serums or fat dissolvers)to request a return, store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please be aware that return shipping charges will be your responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations requested after 48 hours may not be guaranteed, as your order may already be in processing or shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Fat Dissolver & Serum Sales Policy (Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable)
Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all fat dissolver products, injectable solutions, and topical serums are final sale.

Once products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee handling, storage conditions, or product integrity. For this reason, returns or refunds cannot be accepted under any circumstances after shipment.
